Selling Policy

Please visit the order dashboard to Cancel / Return / Exchange the order. Please note that customers are allowed to initiate only one request per order for cancellation, return, or exchange.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of order is allowed “within 24 hours of placing the order, or till the status of the order is ‘Processing’ (i.e. before shipment is confirmed), whichever is earlier.”

Refund in case of Cancellation of an order:

Refunds will be issued to the same ‘bank account / card / wallet / Kusvaa website wallet’ used for placing the order.

Note: For repeated prepaid order cancellation/RTO from one account or multiple accounts, Kusvaa may deduct cancellation fee (₹100 or actual banking transaction fee, whichever is higher) along with actual shipping cost for all such orders from refundable amount.

RETURN POLICY

Return request can be initiated only ‘once per order’ and ‘within 7 (seven) days of delivery of the order’, given following conditions are satisfied:

  1. Product(s) should be unused & unwashed
  2. Tags should be intact
  3. Product(s) is/are not purchased in sale/discounted price
  4. Product(s) is/are not custom altered
  5. Product(s) is/are not part of Excluded Category
Customer will have two options to receive refund:
 

1. Refund in Kusvaa Wallet

 
Amount credited as refund in customer’s Kusvaa wallet will be auto-deducted from payable amount of any future order.
 
In this case, we would provide the customer with free reverse pickup. Refund in Kusvaa Wallet would be processed once the product(s) is/are picked up from the customer by our third party courier partners.
 
If our courier partner is unable to collect your return, you may need to ship the product(s) back to our warehouse yourself, in which case we’ll credit ₹125 to your Kusvaa wallet as a goodwill gesture, regardless of your actual return shipping costs. We’ll then process your exchange order once we receive the product(s) back in our warehouse and they pass our quality checks.
 
2. Refund to Payment Method/Account
 
Refund requested in the same ‘bank account / card / wallet / Kusvaa website wallet’ used for placing the order. For COD orders, Kusvaa will send out a payment link to the customer.
 
In this case, customer would have to send back the product to our warehouse herself and Kusvaa would not be able to provide the customer with reverse pickup. Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse, we will conduct quality checks to ensure the item is in its original condition. If the product passes our quality checks, we will process your refund to the original payment method/account within 7 working days.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Customer can initiate exchange for product or size. Exchange request can be initiated only ‘once per order’ and ‘within 7 (seven) days of delivery of the order’, given following conditions are satisfied:

If there is any excess amount after exchange order is created, it will be credited to customer’s Kusvaa website wallet. This amount will be auto-deducted from payable amount of any future order on our website.
 
Size Exchange

We take great care in dispatching garments as per size mentioned in our size charts. For one size alteration, we expect our clients to get the alteration done by themselves as we leave enough margin in our garments to even make them one size bigger.

CUSTOM TAILORED / ALTERED ITEMS

We will not accept return or exchange for custom sized items or items that have been altered in any way.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

All the sale, discounted, coupon & gift voucher purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

EXCLUDED CATEGORIES

For product(s) in Jewellery or Mask or Rakhi or Home Linen or Jacket or Kids Jacket category, there is no ‘Return / Exchange’ available.

NON-ACCEPTANCE OF COD ORDERS

In case, customer does not accept the COD order after shipment, such customers may not be able to place COD order on our website in future or will have to compulsorily verify mobile numbers to place COD orders.

NON-ACCEPTANCE OF PREPAID ORDERS
 
In the event a prepaid order is not delivered and is returned to the warehouse, the order amount will be credited to the customer’s account as Kusvaa wallet balance. This balance can be utilized only for future purchases.
 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders (shipping out of India), there is no ‘Cancellation / Return / Exchange’ available.

Note: International order may incur additional import charges by foreign country’s government’s custom/relevant department. Though, usually there is no import charge for textiles. Customer will have to bear such charges.

DISCLAIMERS

Irregularities in Hand Block Prints
Please note that as hand block printing is a traditional technique that is done by hand, there may be slight variations and irregularities in the print. This adds character and uniqueness to each piece and should not be considered a defect. We celebrate the beauty in these differences and hope that you do too!
 
Bleeding in Indigo
Indigo is a beautiful and versatile dye that is known for its unique properties. However, it is common for indigo-dyed items to experience some color bleeding, especially during the first few washes. This is due to the natural characteristics of the dye and is not considered a defect. To minimize the potential for bleeding, we recommend washing indigo-dyed items separately and in cold water. We hope that you enjoy the rich color and beauty of your indigo-dyed item and appreciate its unique qualities.
 
Bleeding in Piping Seam
We take great care in crafting our products with high-quality materials and construction methods. However, it is common for some color bleeding to occur in piped seams during the first few washes. This is due to the natural properties of certain fabrics and dyes, and should not be considered a defect. To minimize the potential for bleeding, we recommend washing the item separately and in cold water. We hope that you appreciate the attention to detail in our products and the unique qualities that come with the natural processes of washing and wearing.

Please note that the color of the product may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website due to lighting and monitor settings.
